Beaches Turks & Caicos Treasure Beach Village: An Insider Look at the Resort's Most Exciting New Addition

March 15, 2026 Kim Cook

I've been visiting Beaches Turks & Caicos for 25 years.

I watched this resort grow from a beloved Caribbean escape into one of the most celebrated family resorts in the world. I've brought my own children here, watched them grow up making memories on Grace Bay Beach, and have sent hundreds of families through those gates knowing they were in for something truly special.

So when I was invited for an exclusive preview of the brand-new Treasure Beach Village before its March 2026 opening, I didn't hesitate for a second.

What I saw exceeded every expectation. And I want to tell you all about it.

What Is Treasure Beach Village?

Treasure Beach Village is the newest and most exclusive addition to Beaches Turks & Caicos — a $150 million expansion located on the west end of the resort's property along the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach. It is the sixth village to join the property, sitting alongside the Caribbean, Seaside, Key West, Italian and French Villages that longtime Beaches guests already know and love.

But this isn't just more of the same. Treasure Beach Village feels like a strategic upgrade — a thoughtfully designed addition built around the way families actually travel today. More space, more privacy, more connection.

The Rooms: 11 New Suite Categories Built for Families

Treasure Beach offers 11 unique room categories, each made for relaxation, with spacious 2, 3- and 4-bedroom suites featuring private terraces, modern amenities, and sweeping views.

Walking through the suites during my preview, what struck me most was how thoughtfully the layouts were designed. These aren't just bigger rooms — they're genuine living spaces. Bunk beds for the kids, separate living areas for the adults, and that beautiful coastal design that makes you feel like you've arrived somewhere truly special the moment you walk in.

The crown jewel is the CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villa — a three-story oceanfront residence spanning more than 2,600 square feet, sleeping up to 10 guests, with a private pool and rooftop deck complete with a telescope for stargazing. For multigenerational families or groups traveling together, it's unlike anything else at Beaches.

One detail worth knowing: every room in Treasure Beach Village includes room service — a first for Beaches Turks & Caicos outside of Butler-level accommodations. That alone tells you the level of experience they're aiming for here.

The Pool and Beach Amenities

A 15,000-square-foot pool winds through Treasure Beach Village toward the beach, framed by whirlpools, tucked-away coves with lounge seating, and shallow play areas for little ones. There are also private cabanas, three new water slides, and an infinity-edge lagoon pool with a swim-up bar.

And then there's the Starfish Cinema — a 32-seat outdoor cinema complete with popcorn and refreshments — which I can already tell is going to be one of the most talked-about spots on the property. Imagine settling in for a movie under the stars after a full day at the beach. That's the kind of moment families remember forever.

Brand New Dining — Including Some Firsts for Beaches

Food has always been one of Beaches' strongest suits, and Treasure Beach raises the bar further with six new dining concepts available to all Beaches Turks & Caicos guests.

The headliner is Butch's Island Chop House — the first-ever Butch's steakhouse at a Beaches property, named in honor of Sandals Resorts founder Gordon "Butch" Stewart, serving dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and elevated cocktails including a mini-martini menu. Sandals guests have raved about Butch's for years — having it now at Beaches is a genuine treat for families.

Also new is the Pinta Food Hall, an international cuisine concept with four culinary stations offering everything from tacos and Asian stir-fries to Italian fare and an à la carte grill — plus Beaches' first-ever live churro station. As a mom who has navigated many a family dinner with picky eaters, I can tell you this kind of variety is a game-changer.

Rounding things out is BRÜ Coffee Bar, which serves Jamaica's iconic Blue Mountain coffee by day and transforms into a craft cocktail lounge at night— perfect for parents once the kids are settled.

Access to the Entire Resort

One of the most common questions I'm already getting from clients is: "If we stay in Treasure Beach, are we separated from the rest of the resort?"

The answer is absolutely not. Treasure Beach sits along Grace Bay Beach right next to the Caribbean and Seaside Villages, and guests have full access to all the amenities at all the other villages within Beaches Turks & Caicos. That means all 28 additional dining options, the 45,000-square-foot Pirates Island Water Park, unlimited land and water sports, daily entertainment, and complimentary Kids Camps are all yours to enjoy.

Think of Treasure Beach as your home base — a quieter, more elevated retreat — with all the energy and activity of the full resort just a short walk away.

Who Is Treasure Beach Village Perfect For?

Based on what I saw during my preview, Treasure Beach Village is an exceptional fit for:

Multigenerational families — The multi-bedroom suites are genuinely designed for grandparents, parents, and kids all traveling together. Having everyone under one roof (with enough space that no one feels crowded) makes a huge difference.

Repeat Beaches guests — If you've done Beaches Turks & Caicos before and want to experience something fresh and new, this is your reason to come back.

Families who appreciate elevated service — The butler and concierge suite categories here take the experience to a whole new level, handling details so you can focus entirely on being present with your family.

Groups booking multiple rooms — Having your group centralized in one village, steps from a private pool and beach area, is a completely different experience than being scattered across a large resort.

A Note on Pricing and the Current Offer

Rates at Treasure Beach Village start at $1,060 per person per night, with children's rates beginning at $47 per night. There is also a limited-time Grand Opening Offer featuring up to $500 in instant credits on select stays, available to book through May 31, 2026 for anytime travel. If Treasure Beach is on your radar, now is the time to act on that offer.

Ready to Book Treasure Beach Village?

After 25 years of watching Beaches Turks & Caicos grow, I can say with confidence that Treasure Beach Village is the most exciting thing to happen to this resort in a long time. It honors everything that makes Beaches great while adding a level of space, design, and experience that families are going to fall in love with.

I'd love to help you plan your stay. Use my booking link below to explore availability, or send me a message and I'll walk you through which suite category is the right fit for your family.
