Which Village Should You Stay in at Beaches Turks & Caicos? A Travel Advisor's Guide

March 14, 2026 Kim Cook

Treasure Beach Infinity Pool- Beaches Turks and Caicos

One of the most common questions I get from families planning a trip to Beaches Turks & Caicos is this:

Which village should we stay in?

It sounds simple, but it's actually one of the most important decisions you'll make when booking — because each village has its own personality, its own vibe, and its own advantages depending on who's traveling with you. If you're still deciding whether Beaches Turks and Caicos is right for you, start with my honest review here

After 25 years of sending families to Beaches Turks & Caicos and a firsthand preview of the newest addition to the resort, here's my breakdown of every village and who each one is right for.

First, How the Villages Work

Beaches Turks & Caicos is one resort, but it's divided into distinct villages spread along Grace Bay Beach. No matter which village you stay in, you have full access to everything — all the restaurants, pools, waterpark, beach, and amenities across the entire property. The village you choose simply determines where your room is located and what the immediate atmosphere around you feels like.

That said, each village has its own dedicated pool and its own dining options right on its doorstep — so your "home base" matters more than people realize.

Caribbean Village

Beautiful grounds in the Caribbean Village

Caribbean Village is the heart of the resort — colorful, lively, and centrally located. It sits closest to the main pool complex and the waterpark, which makes it incredibly convenient when you're managing kids who want to bounce between activities all day long.

Pools: Caribbean Village is steps from two of the main pool areas, with family activities and enegetic fun. Expect plenty of activity, swim-up bars, and a festive atmosphere from morning to night.

Dining: The dining options here lean casual and fun — perfect for families who want quick, easy meals between adventures. Expect a mix of international flavors with something to please every age at the table.

Best for: Families with young kids who want to be in the middle of the action and close to everything. These rooms are the best value on the resort as this was the original village.

Italian Village

Italian Village Pool with large family jacuzzi

Italian Village brings a warm Mediterranean charm to the resort with terracotta tones, lush landscaping, and a relaxed elegance that feels like a little slice of the Amalfi Coast. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with fun music and games throughout the day.

Pools: Italian Village has its own beautifully landscaped pool that is steps away from the 2 bedroom family suites that surround the pool area

Dining: Dining here has a warm, family-style feel with a nod to Mediterranean and Italian flavors. Think leisurely meals in a beautiful setting — relaxed enough for kids but lovely enough for the adults to really enjoy. There is even an authentic Irish Pub!

Best for: Families with young children who want a beautiful, manageable base that is close to the water park, kids clubs and restaurants.

French Village

French Village Zero Entry pool

French Village has a more refined, boutique feel. The architecture is elegant, the atmosphere is noticeably quieter, and it tends to attract guests who want beautiful surroundings without a lot of foot traffic right outside their door.

Pools: The French Village pool reflects the village's personality — sophisticated and serene. It's a wonderful place to actually relax with a drink rather than navigate around a crowd of kids doing cannonballs.

Dining: Dining in the French Village leans toward the elegant end of the spectrum. Expect a more intimate atmosphere with refined menus — perfect for couples or families with older kids who appreciate a proper sit-down dinner. The main stage for evening entertainment is located in the French Village.

Best for: Couples, families with older kids, or anyone who wants a quieter feel without sacrificing access to the full resort.

Key West Village

Beautiful Key West Village

Key West Village has a laid-back, casual charm that feels like a classic Caribbean escape. It's colorful and relaxed with easy beach access and a beach side pool, and families who want a comfortable, unfussy base tend to love it here. The Key West Village offers 1 - 4 bedroom suites for multigenerational families.

Pools: The Key West pools have a fun, easygoing energy that matches the village's vibe perfectly. It's lively without being overwhelming — a great middle ground for families who want some energy but not full-on chaos.

Dining: Dining here is relaxed and approachable — casual waterfront-style options that feel right at home with sandy feet and sun-kissed kids. Nothing fussy, just good food in a great setting.

Best for: Families who want a relaxed atmosphere and easy beach access without being in the busiest part of the resort.

Treasure Beach Village — The Newest Addition

The brand new Treasure Beach pool

I'll be honest — I was already excited about Treasure Beach Village before I visited. After my preview trip earlier this month, I can tell you it exceeded every expectation.

Treasure Beach is the newest village at Beaches Turks & Caicos and it shows. Everything feels fresh, elevated, and thoughtfully designed. The suites are stunning. The pool area is beautiful. And the location along Grace Bay is absolutely spectacular.

Pools: The Treasure Beach pool area is a showstopper. It's a resort-within-a-resort feel — beautifully designed, spacious, and sophisticated. It has its own swim-up bar and the kind of setting that makes you never want to leave your village, even with the rest of the resort beckoning.

Dining: Treasure Beach is home to Butch's Island Steakhouse, The Pinta Food Hall, and Brü coffee bar — some of the most exciting new dining options on the entire property. Whether you're grabbing a morning coffee, a casual lunch, or a special dinner, the options here are genuinely impressive and worth planning your evenings around.

What makes Treasure Beach especially perfect for multigenerational families is the combination of space and sophistication. The suites are generous enough for grandparents, parents, and grandkids to spread out comfortably, while the environment feels special enough that every generation feels like they're somewhere truly memorable.

When I walked through Treasure Beach I kept thinking about one thing: this is where I want to bring my grandchildren someday. And that tells you everything you need to know.

Best for: Multigenerational families, families celebrating a milestone, and anyone who wants the newest and most elevated experience on the property.
