We are thrilled for our destination wedding at Atelier Playa Mujeres! It is a beautiful adults only (16 years of age and older) all inclusive resort located about 35 minutes north of the Cancun airport in the Costa/Playa Mujeres region on a great stretch of beach that goes on for miles. This luxury resort is bordered on two sides by the Greg Norman Championship Golf Course. Atelier has 12 restaurant options, 2 coffee shops, 24 hour room service, 7 bars including 3 swim-up bars, a full service spa, large fitness center, activities throughout the day and evening and a very cool late night club/disco.  

For your travel plans, please book your room through Love to Travel. Just follow the steps below or you can reach them directly at vacations@lovetotravel.com. 

First Step - Consider When You Would Like to Go
Take a look at the resort details and consider the number of nights you would like to join us in paradise! The rooms have been held from July 9th - 16th. The Wedding date is July 12th, 2025. We recommend being at the resort at least one day prior to account for any delays.

Second Step - Contact Love to Travel for a Quote
Once you get an idea of the number of nights you think you would like to stay and the arrival date, complete the form below for an exact quote for you to review.

They will also include a quote for insurance to include on your reservation.

Third Step - Place a Deposit to Reserve Your Room
If the quote from Love to Travel is exactly what you are looking for, all they need is a small deposit of $100 per person (plus the cost of insurance) in order to secure your room.

You will have a second deposit of 50% of your reservation balance due by February 19th and third deposit of 40% of your remaining balance due by March 21st. We will send you a reminder email a week prior to this date.

Step Four- Final Payment Due​
Your remaining balance is due by April 20th. We will send you a reminder email a week prior to this date.

Once your final payment is made, they will send a request to gather your flight information to confirm your airport transfer (if you decided to purchase that add on).

They will be preparing a personalized travel packet for you that contains all your confirmations for your trip, destination and resort tip sheet, transfer information, packing suggestions and more!   We have started using a new program that allows you to access your travel documents on your phone, so you have all your confirmations at the palm of your hand during your upcoming trip! We will email this to you about two weeks prior to your departure.

Last Step - Celebrate with us!!

Please reserve your room through Love to Travel no later than February 25th, in order to be apart of the group.

The group rates below are per person based on the stated occupancy in the room and number of nights. These rates do not include airfare or travel protection.

If you see a room you would prefer, that is not held in the group inventory, please let us know and we can send a request to the resort to get it added to the group inventory to book for you. Pricing and availability are subject to change until your deposit is made.

Airfare:
You will need to book your airfare directly with your preferred airline. This ensures you do not have any penalties, fees or restrictions from the tour operator. You will need to fly into the Cancun (CUN). A great tool to search the best schedule and the best price is Google Flights. You can search your dates and see all the flights that are available, the connecting time and price. Once you find a schedule you like, then go directly to the airline site and confirm it is still available.

You will want to be sure not to book Basic Economy as they are non-changeable, non-refundable, you do not get a seat assignment until you check in and you are the last ones to board the plane. We recommend at least a one-hour layover on your arrival flight and at least two hour layover on the return flight. This will give you enough time to go through immigration, customs, and security on the return. They can certainly send over some flight options that we would recommend for you if you need help! Please just let them know!
