Sandals Whitehouse is on the southern side of Jamaica about an hour and a half from the airport in Montego Bay. It's a beautiful resort and the perfect location for those who want to get away from it all. My husband and I spent four days there and it wasn't nearly long enough. We loved the beach! It has a natural feel with lots of tropical trees providing the ideal spot for an afternoon nap in one of the many hammocks. The water was beautiful and the sand was sugary soft. Whether you want to be where the action is or just relax by a quiet pool, there is someplace for everyone. The resort is unique in that all the rooms have oceanviews. We enjoyed the tropical wildlife at Whitehouse. There were peacocks roaming the grounds, beautiful birds, sand crabs and the most spectacular starfish we've ever seen!       Laura
